B. Ray Anderson

B. Ray Anderson, ESQ is a wealth preservation lawyer with over 45 years of experience. During this period he has maintained law offices in various California locations including Walnut Creek, Sonoma, Newport Beach and San Diego. He presently lives in Provo, Utah but works extensively with West Coast residents and businesses. He also advises the wealthiest clients throughout the United States. He has written and published extensively and is the author of 3 estate planning books. He has also authored three tax-orientated monthly newsletters with over 25,000 subscribers.
Education/Credentials
Mr. Anderson received his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He worked as a lawyer of the estate and gift tax division, Internal Revenue Service in San Francisco, California for years. He has extensive experience in the preservation and transfer of wealth using charitable strategies, asset protection, estate "freezing", the creation of tax exempt wealth, GRAT's, sale to IDIT's, and a variety of other techniques and trusts. For over four decades he has concentrated on estate and business planning, pension & profit sharing plans and tax orientated strategies to legally reduce or eliminate Federal taxes.
B Ray's philosophy is that estate, gift and generation skipping taxes are essentially " voluntary" and that such taxes can be legally avoided with a comprehensive plan.
